I am a consultant in anaesthetics and pain medicine since 1993 working in Causeway Hospital and North West Independent Hospital.
I have lectured and taught on postgraduate courses for pain specialists locally, nationally and internationally and examined for the World Institute of Pain Fellowship examinations.
I have examined in specialist pain examinations.
I specialise in interventional pain treatments (use of injections and minimally invasive procedures) for relief of pain.

- Neuropathic pain
- Chronic headaches, migraine, including botulinum toxin injections
- Neuromodulation including spinal cord stimulation procedures for persistent postoperative pain
