Dr Richard Mullan, the dermatologist I see at the clinic, explains as he answers my medical questions. This is important in a couple of ways, not least because this kind of instant dialogue creates a working rapport that spans all our appointments. In the same communications vein, Dr Mullan has a lowkey, focused approach to dealing with patients. Any hands-on treatment or prescriptions have all worked; they continue to help me. The clinic itself is an oasis of calm located just off a busy M2 roundabout. The minute you walk though the main door and into the quiet waiting room, you should start to feel confident. Absolutely fantastic service to the mid ulster area. Natasha and Ciara are incredibly welcoming, make sure you’re seen as quickly as possible, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Extremely professional, and I’m always impressed by how quickly things move once you’re seen. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I see Ciara McAteer here for physio, shes phenomenal. Various issues over time, I have always left the building feeling so much better than I go in. Her listening skills are amazing, Ive also recommended her to a few people and I wouldnt do that lightly.

Very professional and well looked after

I went to the Mid Ulster Clinic for an evening appointment. The receptionist welcomed me and told me how to get to the consultant's room. The waiting area was spotlessly clean with comfortable sofas. Staff checked that I was OK and assured me that I would not be waiting for long. My consultant was lovely and I felt safe in his care. Altogether, a first rate experience.
