1 GP Referral

Your journey begins with a referral from your General Practitioner (GP).

2 Contact your insurer

Next, get in touch with your private medical insurer to confirm the details of your coverage. This step ensures that you are clear about the benefits and services available to you, enabling a smooth transition to specialised care.

3 Book a consultation

Once your insurance details are confirmed, it’s time to book your initial consultation with us. We’ll discuss your health concerns, evaluate your needs, and plan the next steps of your care.

4 Receive your test/diagnosis results

Following your consultation, any necessary tests will be conducted. You’ll receive your results quickly, allowing for a swift and informed decision-making process regarding your treatment options.

5 Book your treatment

Once you have your diagnosis, we’ll help you book your treatment at a time that suits you best. Our team is here to assist you in planning your treatment, ensuring it aligns with your needs.

6 Your treatment

On the day of your treatment, our staff will ensure you are comfortable and well-informed about the process. Your care is our priority, and we provide a reassuring and supportive environment as you take this important step.

Price & Payment Terms

For your initial consultation at our clinic, we require an initial fee. This amount will be discussed during the booking process. If your treatment plan extends to additional services, the appropriate charges will be added and will depend on the specific treatments you undergo. We commit to clarity in our billing, offering you access to a price list on our pricing page.

We’ve structured our payment system to be clear and simple, aiming to keep you fully informed about the payment procedures for your healthcare costs.

Payment Process:

Pre-Approval

Before undergoing treatment, it’s important to get pre-approval from your insurance provider. This usually involves sending the specialist’s recommendations or treatment plan to the insurer to confirm that the treatment is covered under your policy.

During the pre-approval phase, it’s important to find out whether or not your payment will be a direct settlement or reimbursement. Be sure to confirm this with your insurance provider prior to booking.

Direct Settlement

In many cases, the payment is handled directly between your healthcare provider and insurance company. You may not be involved in the payment process, aside from providing their insurance details to your healthcare provider.

Reimbursement

In some situations, you might pay upfront for the treatment and then claim reimbursement from your insurance company. This requires submitting the relevant invoices and proof of payment to your insurer.
