Consultant Gastroenterologist
I am a gastroenterologist based in Antrim Area Hospital. I was appointed in August 2023 as a consultant in gastroenterology and general medicine. I take part in the Regional Endoscopy Programme and have an interest in colonoscopy, gastroscopy, and inflammatory bowel disease.
I undertook my undergraduate training at Queen’s University Belfast, qualifying in 2013.
I became a member of the Royal College of Physicians in 2017 (MRCP).
I undertook my postgraduate gastroenterology training in Northern Ireland.

I specialise in gastroenterology. I manage issues such as difficulty swallowing, heartburn and reflux, unintentional weight loss and changes in bowel habits. I manage conditions such as inflammatory bowel disease, coeliac disease, and chronic liver disease.
