Integrative Counsellor
I am an Integrative Counsellor. The psychological therapies that I offer in practice include;
- Person centred therapy
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
- Psychodynamic therapy
- Trauma informed practice interventions
The clients that I work with in practice are adults eighteen years and over in a face to face setting.
I offer therapeutic counselling interventions that are tailored to each client’s individual needs, within a confidential and non-judgemental safe space. I strive to promote a therapeutic relationship conducive to growth and change, where each client can explore authentically what has brought them into therapy
I am an Integrative Counsellor. I have experience of working professionally within a GP setting throughout my placement years and post qualification.
I also work in a private practice setting.
I have a F. Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy
