I am a qualified Nutritionist with over 15 years of experience helping you improve your health through personalised nutrition. I take a friendly, supportive, and evidenced approach to nutrition and lifestyle, helping you feel your best – whether you’re managing chronic health conditions, navigating hormonal life changes, or simply aiming to optimise your wellbeing.  I am currently studying for an MSc in Sports Nutrition.  Once qualified I will register with SENR (The Sports and Exercise Nutrition Register) who are regulated by the BDA (The Association of  UK Dietitians). This will be a great addition to the professional standards bodies (BANT, CNHC, PSA) I am already registered with and will give you further assurance that your health is in great hands.

Before moving into nutritional therapy full time, I spent 32 years working with public and private healthcare teams. Working for a Global Prevention and Rehabilitation Company, supporting orthopaedic surgeons and their patients from pre-surgery preparation to post-surgical recovery with long-term joint pain management. I’ve worked closely with Physios in the NHS, HSE Ireland, and private hospitals across Ireland, and I firmly believe that motion is medicine – a philosophy I bring into my current practice, where nutrition, movement, and lifestyle go hand in hand.

  • BSc SPORTS & EXERCISE
  • Level 6 HND NUTRITIONAL THERAPY
  • CURRENT 2026 MSc SPORTS NUTRITION REGISTRATION WITH SENR (BODY OF BDA BRITISH DIETITIC ASSOC.)
