Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist

Dr Quinn is a Consultant in Obstetrics and gynaecology. He specialises in Gynaecological cancers, surgery, and colposcopy. He is currently the Lead for Colposcopy in the NHS and is passionate about helping patients have a comfortable experience in all circumstances.

Following extensive training in Northern Ireland, he was appointed a Consultant in the Northern Trust, working mainly from Antrim Area Hospital.

Dr Quinn attended Queens University Belfast and completed a postgraduate diploma in clinical education.

Dr Quinn specialises in a range of general gynaecological complaints, such as:

  • Gynae Cancers
  • Menstrual problems
  • Menopause and HRT
  • Colposcopy (examination of the cervix and abnormal smears)
  • Vulvovaginal disorders, itch, discharge, pain
  • Lichen Sclerosis
  • Ovarian cysts
  • Vaginal hysterectomy
  • PMS
  • PCOS
  • Endometriosis
  • Adenomyosis
  • Vaginismus
