Mr Grimes is a consultant urologist based in Altnaglevin Hospital. His practice spans the breadth of core urology, with a subspeciality interest in kidney cancer. He is currently the lead for the uro-oncology multidisciplinary team in the Western Trust.
His undergraduate training was completed at the University of Liverpool, and he began his surgical training in Northern Ireland, with urology speciality training completed in Scotland. He was appointed as a consultant at Altnagelvin Hospital in 2021.
