About Our Longevity Services
Stress, poor sleep, and busy lifestyles can all impact your long-term health – but without clear insight, it’s hard to know where to start. Our longevity services are designed to give you that clarity.
Through doctor-led assessment and advanced testing, we help you understand your current health, identify early risk, and take practical steps to improve it. This includes assessing your risk of conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and brain-related conditions, often years before symptoms appear.
Rather than simply assessing your current health, our approach helps you reduce future risk and improve your long-term health.
Book your longevity appointment today and take control of your future health.
Who Longevity Services Are For
Our longevity services are suitable for people who want to take a proactive approach to their health, particularly those looking to improve their long-term health, energy, and performance.
We commonly support patients with:
- Family history of heart disease, diabetes, cancer, or neurological conditions
- Fatigue, low energy, or reduced physical performance
- Concerns about long-term health or ageing
- Lifestyle-related health risks, including weight, stress, or inactivity
- A desire for a more detailed, preventative health check
Longevity Services We Offer
Delivered by an experienced longevity medical doctor, this service is informed by the principles of prevention and long-term health improvement.
Our longevity services include:
- Advanced blood testing, including cardiovascular and metabolic markers
- Hormone health assessment
- Stool testing (QFIT)
- ECG (Add on where appropriate)
- Blood pressure measurement
- Body composition analysis, including visceral fat and metabolic data
- Waist circumference measurement
- Grip strength assessment
- Personalised risk scoring and interpretation
- Doctor-led consultation and follow-up
- Written report with a personalised prevention plan
During the initial appointment, a doctor will review your medical history, conduct a clinical examination and carry out clinical tests. If you use a smart watch or fitness tracker, you can share this as part of your assessment.
After your appointment, you’ll have a follow-up with your doctor to go through the results and what they mean for your future health. You’ll receive a personalised prevention plan, with clear next steps based on your results.
This full health assessment is recommended annually, to help track your ongoing health and any progress made.
