Struggling To Lose Weight Despite Your Best Efforts?
Many people find that even with healthy eating and regular exercise, weight loss can feel slow or almost impossible. Our GP-led weight loss injections offer a clinically supervised option to support weight management, when lifestyle changes alone have not worked.

What Are Weight Loss Injections?
Weight loss injections are prescription medicines that support weight loss by reducing appetite and helping you feel fuller for longer. They act on natural hormones such as GLP-1 and GIP, which help regulate hunger and fullness. By doing this, they can reduce cravings, make portion sizes easier to manage, and support long-term dietary changes.
Weight Loss Injection Services We Offer
We provide GP-led weight management treatment using prescription weight loss injections as part of a structured and medically supervised programme. Unlike NHS services, which can involve long waiting times and limited availability, our private clinic offers quick access to consultations, allowing most patients to start their weight loss journey much sooner.
Treatment is tailored to the individual and begins with a medical assessment to confirm suitability. Care is delivered in a discrete private clinic setting, with ongoing clinical oversight throughout treatment.
Our weight loss injection services include:
- An initial medical consultation to assess suitability
- Review of recent blood test results, or arranging tests where required
- Prescription of weight loss injections, with dosage adjusted based on clinical review
- Guidance on safe use of the medication, including how to administer injections
- Ongoing follow-up appointments to monitor progress, dosage, and any side effects
All treatment is provided as part of a wider weight management plan, with ongoing medical support – so you’re not left managing the process alone.
Who Are Weight Loss Injections For?
Weight loss injections may be suitable for adults who have found it difficult to lose weight through diet and lifestyle changes alone. They are not suitable for everyone, and can only be prescribed on a case-by-case basis.
During your consultation, our GP consultants consider a range of factors such as BMI, cholesterol levels, overall health, medical history, and current medications to determine whether this treatment is appropriate for you. We only offer this service to patients who are aged between 18 – 65.
Are Weight Loss Injections Safe?
When prescribed and overseen by a GP, weight loss injections are considered safe for many people. Some people may experience mild side effects such as nausea, bloating or constipation, particularly at the start of treatment. These often settle as your body adjusts.
All potential side effects are discussed during your consultation, and we provide ongoing support and regular check-ins to make sure your treatment remains safe and well managed.
How Long Do You Stay on Weight Loss Injections?
Patients typically stay on weight loss injections for between 12 – 24 months, or when your BMI returns to 27, however you could see results within the first few months. Length of treatment will vary from person to person, as it depends on your response to treatment and your long-term goals. Our GPs will discuss treatment duration with you and review this regularly as part of your care.
Pricing & Payment Options
We keep our weight loss injection costs clear and affordable, with no hidden fees. You will be given full pricing details before your appointment so you know what to expect.
Cost
Our weight loss injections & consultation start from £350 for a 2.5mg monthly supply. Review appointments on this same dose start from £270. The total cost depends on what dosage you need and the length of your treatment plan, which can be confirmed during your consultation.
Payment methods
You can pay for weight loss injections on a self funded basis. Health insurance does not usually cover weight management injections, but you are welcome to check with your insurer if you are unsure.
If you have any questions about pricing or payment, our team is happy to discuss this with you before you book.
